I will hold you accountable & give you that extra push while making your dreams become your reality. A session with me will be like talking with a friend, only in the end you will come out feeling as though you’ve just finished a therapy session. You’ll leave with  a clear vision on what’s been blocking you & clear steps on how to overcome this in order to move forward. 

❥ 1 hour one on one private sessions through Zoom.

❥Zoom Sessions will be bi weekly with weekly email check ins. 

❥You will be contacted within 24-72 hours of purchase to set a date and time for your life coaching session

❥It is highly suggested that during these sessions you have your own pen and paper to write down notes during your session

❥ Between sessions feel free to keep note of anything that comes up or anything you’d like to discuss before the next session begins.
